EXAMPLES! If you attend a workshop or seminar related to any aspect of clinical work you can count the clock hours you attend as Continuing Education Hours – make sure you receive an attendance certificate; If you receive dance/movement therapy supervision you can count the clock hours you receive – have your supervisor document the hours; If you participate on any ADTA or ADTA Chapter Committee have the Chairperson document the hours of your participation; Read a professional book or research article and document it by writing a 500 word summary – this is worth 4 hours; If you take a dance class have the instructor document your attendance – worth up to 10 hours. You are probably already doing many of these things – so document them!! They are Continuing Education!
